Shipping and delivery policy

Where we deliver

We deliver in Bikramganj, Bihar and nearby areas. The app checks your address and tells you before you order whether it is within our delivery area. We do not ship by courier or outside this area.

Delivery time

• The delivery partner's estimated arrival time is shown in the app once the order is on the way.
• Heavy rain, festivals, traffic or very busy hours can cause delays. If your order will be later than 90 minutes we will call you, and you may cancel it for a full refund if it has not left the shop.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge depends on the road distance to your address (₹20 for the first km, then ₹8 per further km) and is shown before you order. See Pricing.

Receiving your order

• Please be at the delivery address and reachable on your phone.
• If we cannot reach you or find the address, the delivery partner will wait a reasonable time and then contact us; the order may be cancelled without a refund for prepared food.
• Check your order when it arrives and tell us within 24 hours if anything is wrong (see refunds).
