Delete your Ghar Tak account

Ghar Tak by Shivhari

In the app

1. Open Ghar Tak by Shivhari and sign in.
2. Tap the profile button (top right).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm.

If you have an order in progress, please wait until it is delivered (or ask the shop to cancel it) before deleting your account.

Without the app

Send a request from the email address or phone number registered in your account, and we will delete your account within 7 days:

What is deleted

• Your name, email address and Google sign-in link
• Your mobile number, delivery address and saved location
• Delivery details on your past orders

What is kept

Past order records — items, amounts and dates, without any of your personal details — are kept for the shop's accounting. A coded fingerprint of your email, mobile number and app install id is kept to prevent misuse of referral rewards; it cannot be turned back into them. You can sign up again later with Google; that creates a new, empty account (referral codes can't be used on it).
